During his address, Hon. Issahak strongly urged all caterers to uphold their responsibilities with utmost seriousness, emphasizing the need to serve pupils with only the finest and most nutritious meals. He issued a stern warning, stating that any caterer found providing substandard food would face contract termination. "These children are our future leaders. They deserve nothing but the best. Anyone who cooks bad food will not be tolerated under my watch," he declared, underscoring his commitment to the welfare of the students.

The DCE encouraged caterers encountering difficulties in procuring foodstuffs to seek prompt assistance from the District GSFP Coordinator, Ms. Rita Akomea. He also advocated for a harmonious and professional approach, advising caterers to resolve any conflicts through the designated authorities rather than resorting to disputes.

Ms. Rita Akomea, who serves as the zonal coordinator and also holds the position of constituency women organizer for the ruling party, seized the opportunity to impress upon her fellow caterers the importance of responsibility and respect in their professional conduct. She reminded them that the reputation of President John Dramani Mahama's government is intrinsically linked to the quality of their work. "Let’s remember, these children are the future of our country. Any act that tarnishes the reputation of this government will not be tolerated," she cautioned.

Ms. Akomea further implored the caterers to show respect to headteachers, school staff, and community members, fostering collaborative relationships for the program's smooth operation.

In their response, the caterers expressed their sincere gratitude to the DCE for his leadership and pledged their unwavering commitment to delivering their best, thereby honoring both the government and the children they serve.
